As a business advisor and accountant, Heidi very much enjoys working with professionals and business owners to deliver exceptional client service. She prioritizes proactivity, preparation, and timeliness, ensuring that matters are given due consideration and are not rushed. Heidi makes it a point to ask the right questions, learn her clients’ goals, make sure they get everything that they need, and more.

Heidi specializes in working with owner-managed businesses on their compliance work, including devising the most tax-efficient solutions and structures for their business. Over the span of her career, she has worked with professionals (accountants, lawyers, doctors, and dentists) and businesses ranging from small companies to large public corporations across a wide array of industries including distribution, manufacturing, technology, investment and finance, real estate development, and construction. For her, a successful matter is built on keeping updated, advising on the pros and cons, and sharing her recommendations for the best way forward.

Having practiced as an accountant for over twenty-five years, Heidi brings a unique perspective on business and cross-border tax and accounting matters. She enjoys working on issues of tax compliance and tax planning, looking at the big picture to get the overall idea before diving into the details to uncover the key issues. She excels at learning her clients’ issues and helping to guide them through their matters while proactively meeting deadlines.

Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and their family dogs. She also likes to needlepoint which, much like accounting, requires careful attention and precision.
