Carlo is a Chartered Accountant and holds an honours degree from York University specializing in accounting and a Masters of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo. Carlo has been with the firm since 1999 and has over 10 years of experience in consulting with privately held corporations, partnerships and individuals.

Carlo began practising extensively in the accounting and assurance areas though his interest in taxation peaked early and culminated in him obtaining a Masters of Taxation degree from the University of Waterloo. Carlo continues to practice in the areas of accounting and assurance though the focus of his work is in the areas of income taxes, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, estate planning, succession planning, corporate structuring and business management.

Carlo carefully builds strategic solutions though most importantly; solutions that best fit the needs of today’s clients in an ever changing landscape.

Carlo’s current client portfolio is diverse and includes such industries as real estate development, real estate rental properties, construction, healthcare, investment companies, manufacturing companies, retail, restaurants and technology related companies.
